1. Eligibility Window

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The abaya must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all original brand tags still attached.
  • Note: Custom-sized or personalized abayas are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policy
