Returns Policy
At Black Aura, true luxury is felt. We want you to love your pieces, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary.
1. Eligibility Window

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The abaya must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original brand tags still attached.
- Note: Custom-sized or personalized abayas are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

- Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policy
